Our philosophy is to foster an environment that affords players the opportunity to develop fundamental skills and expand upon existing gains. This practice will allow players of any skill level to become better athletes as they move up the ladder of increasingly more advanced competition.

All too many parents who get their children involved with travel teams are primarily concerned with winning, and what high profile tournaments they are to play in. While success is our goal, we believe it should be approached from the perspective of each individual player and what they need to grow as a ball player,a teammate, and a young man. If this can be accomplished, success....in many forms....will follow.  

All players are different, and even the most physically gifted ones enter into travel programs with varying levels of experience and tools. The PLR Cardinals model offers all players the opportunity of regular practice with their teammates, one-on-one skill building with experienced coaches, and facility based training both in and out of season.
